Please telephone or email to ensure that your preferred dates are available before returning this booking form with your deposit, to confirm your provisional booking. Provisional bookings are held for seven days only. Bookings are usually taken for whole weeks, Saturday to Saturday.

However, outside peak periods, it may be possible to change both starting dates and length of stay.

Booking Conditions

PRICES

Prices quoted are per week. Bookings are made on a weekly basis with arrival any time after 2.00 pm on Fridays and departure by 10 am on the final Friday. For out of season bookings, it may be possible to change arrival and departure days.

GENERAL

Please inform us of the number of people who will be coming. The total number staying will not exceed the number of beds indicated for that property in the accommodation details. If the conduct of any member of the party is prejudicial to the well-being either of the other visitors or the property itself, then we may repossess the property without notice. Guests should not smoke in the accommodation & we regret that unless otherwise specified, we do not take pets.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made by cheque drawn on a UK Bank/Building Society. Please make cheques payable to May & Robinson. Payment by credit card is not accepted. Please telephone or e-mail to provisionally book the accommodation. This provisional booking will be held for seven days, during which time, a deposit of one third of the holiday price is required. If the deposit is not received within these seven days, the booking will be cancelled. By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges that he or she agrees to these Conditions of Booking. The balance of the rent is due, without reminder, one month before the commencement of the holiday. If a receipt is required, please enclose s.a.e. There will be an extra charge for any additional cleaning of the property if not left in a satisfactory condition and all breakages and damage must be paid for.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation, the balance of the rent is still payable one month before the commencement of the period booked. We will do our best to obtain a replacement booking and if we succeed, we will return the payment made, less any costs incurred in reletting. We strongly recommend holiday cancellation insurance.

NON AVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY

If for any reason beyond our control, for example fire damage, the property is not available on the days booked, all payments will be refunded in full, but we shall not be liable for any further claims.
